Ms Ross-Knapp is Manager of Population Management at Capital BlueCross. She is responsible for the design, implementation, operations, and ongoing evaluation and improvement of Capital's internal and vendor disease and condition management programs. During her three years in this position, she completed full program redesign of eight internal condition management programs within a new technology platform and transitioned DM vendors to support a stronger collaborative partnership and program continuity. Prior to joining Capital BlueCross, Ms. Ross-Knapp held various positions in the clinical, managed care, and healthcare consulting arenas. She is a 1986 graduate of Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing and Franklin and Marshall College and holds a BS in Biology from Shippensburg University. Ms. Ross-Knapp is a certified Chronic Care Professional.
